5 ways to stay healthy

        

In this era it very difficult to remain fit and healthy because , nowadays humans are not using there body in physical work. They are taking help of technology , now all works are done by machines . Another problem is that, fast foods are taking place of healthy food. Here i will tell you 5 way to keep you healthy.     

 walk:  

                   

Do morning and night walk daily, for 10 to 20 mins. Morning walk should you do before the breakfast and night walk after dinner, this can help you to remain fit.

Healthy food:

              

Eat a healthy food which provides you all nutrients , so you can become strong. Healthy food such as, chicken , eggs, green vegetables , nuts and salads etc.

Avoid oily or fast food:

           

If you really want to keep yourself fit than you should avoid oily or fast food such as, burger, pizza, cold drinks and outside oily food.

Exercises:

              

If you want to see good result in your body than you should do exercise for 30 mins to 1 hours a day. You can do any one exercise from this such as, yoga ,gym, aerobicexercises. Doing any one exercise from these three can make you stronger and keep you away from many health diseases.

Well sleep:

           

If you are not sleeping well at night than there is no use of exercises and healthy food, because this can cause health problems and your mind stress cannot reduces .Sleeping for 7 to 8 hours a day can decrease your stress and make you feel batter.
